Last updated 14 September 2026.

I am a one-person practice. This website collects nothing about you unless you choose to send it: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. The only personal information I hold is what you send me yourself, when you book a call, write to me or send me your questionnaire answers, and what we work on together. I do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Who is responsible

Noreva Communication is operated by Nadia Britz, based in South Africa and working with clients internationally. I am the person responsible for how your information is handled, and the person you contact about it.

nadia@noreva-communications.com

What this website collects

Nothing, unless you choose to send it. There are no analytics, no cookies and no advertising or social tracking scripts on any page. You can read the entire site without leaving a trace with me. The one exception is the short questionnaire on the homepage, and it only sends me anything if you press Send.

Cloudflare, which serves this website, may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, as part of running any web server securely. I do not use these to identify anyone or for marketing.

What I collect if you send the questionnaire

The questionnaire on the homepage works out your result in your own browser. If you close it, or read your result and leave, nothing you chose is sent to me or stored anywhere.

If you press Send my answers, I receive your six answers and the result they produced, which kind of reply you asked for, your email address, the language you would like me to reply in, and the date. If you give them, I also receive your name and anything you write in the message box.

I use this only to read your answers and reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, and I do not use it for anything else. The form cannot be sent until you tick the consent box.

Your answers are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, located in Western Europe, and protected by a password only I have.

What I collect when you get in touch

If you book a consultation or a session, you use Cal.com. That means giving your name, email address and time zone, along with anything you choose to write in the booking notes.

If you email me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you write.

When we speak, we use Google Meet. I do not record our calls as a matter of course. I do take notes, so that I work on the right things for you.

If I would like to record a session, for example to write it up as a case study, I will ask you first and explain why. You can say no, and it changes nothing about the work.

What I collect when we work together

The materials you send me. Presentations, pitch decks, reports, emails and similar documents. These often contain confidential business information, and sometimes personal information about other people, such as colleagues named on a slide.

Notes I take on what we are working on and what would help.

Billing records. Your name, and where relevant your employer’s details, for the invoice.

Why I am allowed to hold it

  • To do the work you have asked me to do, which is our agreement
  • To reply to you when you get in touch, which is a reasonable expectation
  • To reply to questionnaire answers you send me, which is your consent, given by ticking the box, and which you can withdraw at any time
  • To keep financial records, which the tax authorities require

Who else can see it

Only the services I need in order to run the practice.

  • Cal.comscheduling and booking details
  • GoogleMeet and calendar
  • Zoho Mailcorrespondence
  • Cloudflareserving this website, and storing questionnaire answers you choose to send
  • The tax authoritiesinvoices only, where the law requires it

Nobody else. I do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or give your name to anyone as a reference without asking you first.

Where your information goes

I work from South Africa, so if you are in Europe your information travels outside the EEA when you send it to me. That transfer happens because it is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for. Cal.com and Google also store data outside your country. Questionnaire answers you send are stored with Cloudflare in Western Europe, and I read them from South Africa.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become work: deleted within twelve months
  • Questionnaire answers that do not become work: deleted within twelve months, or sooner if you ask
  • Client materials: deleted twelve months after our work ends, or sooner if you ask
  • Invoices and financial records: kept five years, as tax law requires

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can object to how I use it, and withdraw consent where you gave it.

Write to nadia@noreva-communications.com and I will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa, or to your national data protection authority if you are in the EU.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how I handle information I already hold, I will tell affected clients directly.
