Presentation Intensive

Preparing for your Presentation Intensive

Focused coaching for one of the most important presentations of your career.

The Presentation Intensive is focused, hands-on coaching built around one specific presentation, pitch or high-stakes meeting. It takes you from a first draft, or a blank page, to a rehearsed and confident delivery.

What is included

  • 2 to 4 virtual coaching sessions
  • Message and structure
  • Virtual rehearsal in every session
  • Executive language and Q&A preparation

From €300. The final price depends on how many sessions you need and how much preparation sits between them, and is agreed with you before we start.

What to prepare beforehand

A little context before your first session makes the sessions themselves far more productive.

  • What you are presenting, and to whom, for example a board, investors, a client or a conference audience.
  • The date of the actual event, so we can plan 2 to 4 sessions with enough time to prepare and rehearse properly.
  • Any existing material: a draft deck, notes, or even just bullet points of what you want to cover. It does not need to be polished, or to exist at all yet.
  • The outcome you want. What should the audience think, feel or do afterwards?
  • Any specific concerns, such as a difficult question you are expecting, nerves about a particular section, or a part that never quite lands when you rehearse it alone.

How the sessions are typically structured

Session 1: Message and structure

We clarify the core message and build a clear, logical structure, the foundation everything else is built on.

Middle sessions: Language and delivery

We work on executive language and sentence clarity, and rehearse delivery: tone, pacing, confidence and non-verbal presence.

Final session: Q&A and full rehearsal

We prepare for likely questions and run a full rehearsal under conditions as close to the real thing as possible.

A note on timing

Book with enough lead time before your actual presentation. Ideally 2 to 3 weeks, so all sessions can be spaced out properly rather than compressed right before the event.
