Last updated 22 July 2026.

I am a one-person practice. This website collects nothing about you at all: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. The only personal information I hold is what you send me yourself, when you book a call or write to me, and what we work on together. I do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Who is responsible

Noreva Communication is operated by Nadia Britz, based in South Africa and working with clients internationally. I am the person responsible for how your information is handled, and the person you contact about it.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no forms, no analytics, no cookies and no advertising or social tracking scripts on any page. You can read the entire site without leaving a trace with me.

Cloudflare, which serves this website, may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, as part of running any web server securely. I do not use these to identify anyone or for marketing.

What I collect when you get in touch

If you book a consultation or a session, you use Calendly. That means giving your name, email address and time zone, along with anything you choose to write in the booking notes.

If you email me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you write.

When we speak, we use Google Meet. I do not record our calls as a matter of course. I do take notes, so that I work on the right things for you.

If I would like to record a session, for example to write it up as a case study, I will ask you first and explain why. You can say no, and it changes nothing about the work.

What I collect when we work together

The materials you send me. Presentations, pitch decks, reports, emails and similar documents. These often contain confidential business information, and sometimes personal information about other people, such as colleagues named on a slide.

Notes I take on what we are working on and what would help.

Billing records. Your name, and where relevant your employer’s details, for the invoice.

Why I am allowed to hold it

  • To do the work you have asked me to do, which is our agreement
  • To reply to you when you get in touch, which is a reasonable expectation
  • To keep financial records, which the tax authorities require

Who else can see it

Only the services I need in order to run the practice.

  • Calendlyscheduling and booking details
  • GoogleMeet and calendar
  • Zoho Mailcorrespondence
  • Cloudflareserving this website
  • The tax authoritiesinvoices only, where the law requires it

Nobody else. I do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or give your name to anyone as a reference without asking you first.

Where your information goes

I work from South Africa, so if you are in Europe your information travels outside the EEA when you send it to me. That transfer happens because it is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for. Calendly and Google also store data outside your country.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become work: deleted within twelve months
  • Client materials: deleted twelve months after our work ends, or sooner if you ask
  • Invoices and financial records: kept five years, as tax law requires

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can object to how I use it, and withdraw consent where you gave it.

Write to nadia@noreva-communications.com and I will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa, or to your national data protection authority if you are in the EU.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how I handle information I already hold, I will tell affected clients directly.
